All our Minecraft Bedrock servers are hosted in South Africa at the Digital Parks Africa (DPA) data centre in Centurion, Gauteng. Hosting locally means South African players connect without their traffic leaving the country, which keeps ping low.
Yes. DDoS protection is included with every Minecraft Bedrock server at no extra cost. It runs on two layers: large floods are absorbed upstream with Tbps-scale scrubbing capacity, and a second layer of filtering on our own network, with rules tuned specifically for Minecraft Bedrock, blocks attack traffic in under a second while players already connected stay online.
Currently, modpacks are not available for Minecraft Bedrock Edition. However, you can add custom behavior packs and resource packs.
Yes, you have full SFTP access, which means you have full control over your server files. We have very easy-to-follow guides in our knowledgebase.
You can run any Minecraft Bedrock server. This includes Vanilla Bedrock and custom servers that support Bedrock Edition.
All our game server offerings include unlimited slots. We bill solely based on your resource usage.
If you use Payfast or Paypal to pay, your Minecraft Bedrock server will be activated in 2-5 minutes. If you decide to pay us using a normal EFT, this can take a bit longer as we will need to allocate the payment manually.
