How long before my server is online?
All of our services are activated instantly upon order. Provisioning time varies from game to game but averages between 5 and 10 minutes for fresh files to download directly from Steam.
Can I just rent the server for one month?
Absolutely. You can cancel the service at any time, no questions asked. We don't hold you to any contract or obligation.
How fast is your support service?
We aim to answer all support tickets within 15 minutes during our business hours.
What if I don't like the service?
If you're not happy with the service and are within 24 hours of initial signup, let us know and we'll issue a full refund.
What mods can I run on my server?
Our game server hosting supports every mod on the Steam workshop. You can install any mod you wish, including third party APIs and their plugins.
Can I install plugin APIs (Oxide, ARK API, etc.)?
You most certainly can. All of our game servers run on optimized Windows operating systems with full support for plugin API and their powerful plugins.
